Infrared Quartz heat is the key to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Parasol as a heat transmitter.

The heaters are aesthetically pleasing, with a weather proof casing and toughened safety glass.

Infrared heat is ‘radiant’ like the sun, meaning it warms the objects in its path instead of the air in between. This, in it’s very nature makes it very efficient (93% in fact) and therefore very economical, costing approximately 10p per hour to run.

The Electronic Push Button Timer developed by our in-house engineers is exclusive to our Parasols. It offers heat and light technology at your fingertips. This mast mounted control panel is a simple but effective push button timing devise pre-set to turn off when you desire.

The switch is tamperproof to prevent abuse and cannot be re-activated until the timer has turned off, a red LED light indicates when the timer is in operation. This unit is environmentally friendly, saving energy whilst being cost efficient. It is compatible with all Parasolar heaters and parasols.

Preset timer adjustable from 10 mins to 90 mins.

We now offer the unique ALBA heating system whereby the parasol can be fully closed without the need to remove the heaters.

Ceramic type elements produce medium wave infrared heat and produce no visible light. This makes them ideal in locations where the red glow of a standard infrared heater would be inappropriate.
